Pumpkin this. Pumpkin that. It’s officially fall in the Mid-South and soup season is about to hit. Plus all that tailgate food. And oh, let’s not even talk about the s’mores around the soon-to-happen (come on cool weather!) fire pits. That’s why we’re bringing back Brunch and Burn for this fall!

BRUNCH AND BURN is back for the fall!

We’ve partnered with four awesome area workout facilities: HOTWORX – Memphis Edge District, WhatTheDoula (outdoor yoga), FiA Memphis (outdoor bootcamp) and Ground Zero Cycle Club. We have strategically offered these places based on their location within Memphis and the variety of the workout you’ll receive at each one. You’ll definitely feel the BURN at each class offered!

I know that after I’m done working out, I’m famished! As part of your ticket, each location will be providing BRUNCH for all the moms attending each class. Stay afterward, grab a bite (all from locally-owned restaurants), and make a new friend! You will not want to miss the scrumptious goodies offered after each sweat session!

HOTWORX — Memphis Edge District

Burn 9:00 – 9:30am  Intro in HOTWORX (3 guests per hot sauna room)
+ brunch by The Genre food truck

The HOTWORX – Edge District studio offers 15-minute HIIT sessions and 30-minute Isometric workouts in patented infrared saunas, including Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, and Hot Cycle. There’s also a Functional Exercise Zone (FX Zone) where you can maximize your results with strength-training equipment and weights, even after your session ends. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.

+ brunch by Rise Biscuits

No childcare available. Kaila, owner of WhatTheDoula, will be offering an introductory yoga class. This basic class will be done at a gentle pace in order to learn the foundational poses of yoga — opening, standing, shoulder and hip exercises, inversions, twists, backward and forward bends, salutations, and finishing poses. Participants will focus on alignment and how to flow into the pose using breathing techniques. A mat or towel is required, a block or pillow for support is optional. Pregnant moms welcome.

GROUND ZERO CYCLE CLUB

Burn Time 10am  Intro Fusion class
+ brunch Rollin’ Cafe (VP slider, petite cinnamon roll, and signature iced coffee)

Unplug from the outside world for 45 minutes.  A mind + body + soul experience, GZ Cycle Club also conducts fun Fusion classes blending Mat Pilates, light weights, and Pound. Note, this is not a cycle class and no previous experience in “pounding” needed! No Childcare available.

FiA MEMPHIS

+ brunch by Sweet Lala’s Bakery and Melissa‘s Macrons plus COFFiA (cold brew bar)

No childcare available, although young kids who can stay in a stroller are welcome. FiA Memphis is part of a nationwide network. FiA stands for Females in Action and offers women-only, peer-led bootcamp style workouts. It’s always free and always outdoors. FiA meets at a variety of times and places throughout the greater Memphis area. FiA is more than just a time to exercise. They also to “FiAlanthropy” community service projects and gather after most workouts to build community and friendships with “COFFiA” (free coffee!) time.
